The National Education, Health and Allied Workers Union (NEHAWU) in the North West Province will be convening its 12th Provincial Congress from the 6th to the 8th April 2021 under the theme “Strengthen workplace organisation, deepen class consciousness and advance internationalism”.

The congress will discuss the international balance of force, political and socio-economic situations including electing a new leadership.

The Provincial Chairperson, Comrade Sempe Elizabeth Mokua, will open the Congress exactly at 14h00 on the 6th April 2021. Leadership of Government and the Alliance led by COSATU in the province are expected to address the delegates to the congress.

President Mzwandile Michael Makwayiba will give a keynote address to the congress.

The congress is scheduled as follows:

As and when congress makes special any pronouncement a press statement will be released in that regard.
